These terms apply whenever you browse or buy from Alisha Noor. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Shipping, Returns and Privacy policies.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed only once we accept it and dispatch your items. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred — and will refund any amount already paid.

We may ask you to confirm high-value or cash-on-delivery orders by phone or a small advance before dispatch.

All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (Tk) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

We accept cash on delivery and online payment via bKash, Nagad and card. While we work hard to keep prices accurate, errors can occur; where a price is clearly wrong we will contact you before processing the order.

We deliver across Bangladesh and to selected countries abroad. Estimated timelines and charges are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Most items can be returned or exchanged within the window set out in our Returns policy, provided they are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached. Certain items — such as earrings, intimate wear and custom or made-to-order pieces — cannot be returned for hygiene and craft reasons.

Many of our pieces are handwoven and hand-finished, so slight variation in colour, weave and motif is natural and part of their character. Screen colours may differ slightly from the actual fabric.

You agree to use the Alisha Noor website lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its content — including images, text and designs — without our written permission. All such content remains the property of Alisha Noor or its partners.

To the extent permitted by law, Alisha Noor is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page always applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
