Returns & exchange

Not quite right? We make returns and exchanges simple, so you can shop our handloom with confidence.

Our policy

You may return or exchange most items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached. Returns are free for items that arrive faulty or incorrect; for change-of-mind returns a standard courier charge applies.

How to return

Request

Email [email protected] or call us within 7 days of delivery with your order number.

Pack

Return the item unworn, unwashed, with all tags and original packaging intact.

Pickup / drop-off

We arrange a courier pickup, or you may drop it at any flagship store.

Refund / exchange

Once inspected, we issue your refund or ship the exchanged item.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, card) or as store credit, within 7–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded via bKash or Nagad.

What cannot be returned

  • Items marked final sale or clearance.
  • Made-to-order, custom-tailored or altered garments.
  • Jewellery, intimates, cosmetics and gift cards, for hygiene and security reasons.
  • Items returned without tags, worn, washed or damaged after delivery.
