Founder & Creative Director
A textile designer trained in Dhaka and Ahmedabad, Alisha founded the house in 2014 to give Bengali weaving a place in the modern wardrobe.
Who We Are
Alisha Noor is built by designers, merchandisers and craftspeople who believe Bangladeshi heritage belongs in everyday life.
A house, not a factory
Alisha Noor is not a machine that spits out clothing. It is a few hundred people — weavers on village looms, designers at Dhaka worktables, tailors, dyers and the folks who answer your call — all bound by one belief: that the finest cloth on earth is woven in Bangladesh, and the hands behind it deserve to prosper.

Head of Operations
Imran keeps the looms, the logistics and the storefronts in rhythm — from village workshop to your doorstep across Bangladesh.
How the house is made
Our Dhaka studio sketches every collection by hand before it ever reaches a loom, drawing on archives of jamdani and nakshi kantha motifs.
Field officers live close to the weaving clusters, matching each design to the right master weaver and making sure wages are fair and prompt.
The people who greet you in Banani, Dhanmondi and Chattogram — trained to read a weave and help you find the piece that is truly yours.
From the online store to the care line, this team makes sure heritage cloth reaches every district of Bangladesh with a human on the other end.
How we hire & grow
No anonymous supply chain. The artisans behind a garment are partners we know, credit and grow with.
Skill can be taught; the instinct to get a detail right cannot. We look for people who cannot leave a thing half-done.
Merchandisers become buyers, tailors become trainers. Most of our leads started somewhere else in the house.
Our studio in Dhaka and our partner villages across Bangladesh work as a single team. Designers travel to the looms; weavers shape the collections. It is this closeness — not a supply chain, but a relationship — that makes Alisha Noor what it is.
We are always looking for people who care about craft, design and doing right by the makers. See where you might fit.
