Cash on delivery (COD)
Cash on delivery is available across every district of Bangladesh. Simply pay our delivery partner in cash when your parcel arrives. For high-value orders we may request a small advance via bKash or Nagad to confirm the order before dispatch.
Dispatch & processing
- Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Saturday–Thursday).
- Orders placed on Friday or public holidays are processed the next business day.
- Handwoven and made-to-order pieces may take 3–7 extra days; this is noted on the product page.
- You will receive an SMS with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
International shipping
We ship to selected countries for our customers abroad. International charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Please note that customs duties or import taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
